It's supremely adjustable. If your laptop stand doesn’t put your laptop at the ideal height and distance, it’s not doing a good job.
The LaptopEasel has possibly the widest continuous tilt range of any laptop stand, and it’s the only one with height adjustment independent of tilt. So you'll get your laptop exactly where you want it.
Unfortunately, many laptop stands have only a narrow tilt adjustment and often have just a small number of adjustment positions. This can leave you in an uncomfortable spot.

It slides. Sounds odd, but this is a great feature and makes all the difference. A laptop stand that doesn’t slide, just gets in the way. A sliding one can move when you need some clear desk space, turn to show your screen to others and just generally move as you work around your desk.
We think this is one of the most important features of a laptop stand. Strangely, many laptop stands won’t slide (or won’t slide easily). They’re usually made from plastic or aluminium and have rubber feet. Seems like a good idea, but you end up with a laptop stuck in the middle of your desk.
The LaptopEasel is made of birch plywood, which means there’s no need for rubber feet, so you can easily slide your laptop around the desk. And it won’t scratch.
