We miscalculated - we've sold the last of the current model before the first batch of our new LaptopEasel is ready. The new one has increased height adjustment on the front and is made from attractive chocolate-brown coated birch plywood. The edges are bare so there's a lovely contrast between the brown surface and the layered birch.

If you're still looking for a smart and attractive stand come mid April, please pop back as we'll have the new model available with a revamped website and beautiful photos. Overseas customers will be able to buy directly as we're also adding a postage calculator. If you want to know as soon as they're available, please send a blank email to newmodelnotification@laptopeasel.co.uk - we'll send a single email when they're available and then delete your address.

Some important notes:

1. UK Delivery: Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded mail. Recorded mail requires someone at your address to sign for the parcel. If there is no one present, Royal Mail will re-try over a few days and then leave a note asking you to collect the parcel from the Post Office.

   If this is going to be a problem, please contact us and we can suggest an alternative delivery method (e.g. normal unrecorded First Class, or delivery to your work, etc). Don't worry if you've already ordered; just contact us now and we can arrange a more suitable delivery.

   The package dimensions will be approximately 370 x 400 x 50 mm.

2. Dispatch: We endeavour to dispatch orders within one working day. Orders received by noon will generally be sent that day, and orders received after noon will go the following working day. Please also see the note above about Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery.

3. Delivery Outside the UK: For delivery outside the UK, please contact us and we can advise delivery and payment options.

4. 60-Day Return Policy: If for any reason you're not satisfied with your LaptopEasel, simply contact us and return it within 60 days and we will refund the purchase price (£34). The return address is:

5. 1-Year Guarantee: If your LaptopEasel breaks or fails under normal use, within the first year of purchase, we will send you replacement part(s) free of charge. Also if you lose any part we can send you a replacement (usually free of charge).

6. Alternative Payment: If you prefer, we also accept payment by direct bank transfer or cheque. If you would like to use this option please contact us so we can get your delivery address and let you know the bank details etc. Unfortunately with these slower forms of payment we hold dispatch until the funds have cleared.

7. Bulk Orders: The order facility above allows you to order multiple LaptopEasels. If you're interested in a bulk order (more than 5 units), please contact us for prices and delivery options.

8. Security and Privacy: Your credit or bank card details are not seen by us, as the payment is handled entirely by PayPal, via their secure website. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

   We will not use your email address or details for anything other than correspondence relating to your purchase. We will not sell or pass your details to anyone.
